The Year of 2009

Oh my gosh WOW!

Is 2009 really really over!? it FLEW by! SERIOUSLY!

I was so excited for this year to start... SOO excited! And now it's already over!?

This year is very special to me. This is the year that I married my wonderful husband. We were married May 23, 2009!! I have loved everything about marriage. I love being a wife to my husband! What a JOY! What an amazing day that was! One I will cherish always!

We also bought our very first house and have begun making it a home. We love it!

I also had many many sessions and many many new events happen with my photography as well.

- WON a customized website which will be up and running hopefully before mid-spring!

Also, be on the look out for new branding and website coming in 2010! Don't worry, I will definitely tell you when "the move" happens :)

Thank you guys so much for supporting me in all I do! It's been an amazing ride and I am so looking forward to what the next year brings :)

Christmas Holidays

Hello all :)

I wanted to let you know that I will be out of the "office" this week. You can email me during this time, but I can't promise that I will get back with you. I will get back with you soon after though :) don't you worry!

I am taking some much needed time to relax and be with friends and family for Christmas! Don't you just love Christmas?!

I'll be back (not that I am going anywhere) the following week!

I met Jordan and his parents out at Mayfield Park in Austin. I had actually never been there, but I loved it and am definitely going back there again. Thanks guys for trying out a new place with me :)

Tallas: Family Session

I had the pleasure of photographing my cousin and her family this past Sunday. I'm glad we got it all worked out with the cold weather we originally were going to have to shoot in. BRR!

I think they came out great... also, their son just celebrated his 2nd birthday and they wanted to have some photos of him as well to commemorate the fun 2's - he was having a little too much fun with me at the end.

Dana & Billy: Engagements

Dana & Billy took me around downtown Austin yesterday afternoon. I found some totally cool places that I wouldn't have really known about otherwise. I've known Dana since high school and have just recently gotten to know Billy. They were a total blast yesterday and I can't wait until their wedding next Fall :)

Texture fun

I've recently been trying out a few textures... Textures can only work on certain images. You don't want it to distract from the actual photo itself. I think these work well :)

I'm really excited to announce this special for the year of 2009.

Since I've started my own family this year (Married to my wonderful husband May 23!) I've been looking at getting us Christmas Cards. Well, How about I make our own?

1 hour photo session (location of your choice)
choose from 20 images and pick 5 images to keep (digital files)

Here is my schedule available as of now (10-8-09):

Monday-Friday: 9am-12pm
